糖皮质激素在社区获得性肺炎中的应用

摘要：我们研究的目的在于探究糖皮质激素对社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的影响。方法是回顾和分析2011 年1 月~2014 年8月之间在有关医院住院的CAP24例患者的有关治疗情况，分为糖皮质激素组（9例）和对照组（15例）。比较两组患者在医院治疗期间的症状改善时间、抗生素疗程和疾病复发率。研究结果表明，糖皮质激素组的症状改善时间和抗生素疗程均短于对照组（P＜0.05），两组间疾病复发率无显著差异（P＞0.05）。我们得出的结论是糖皮质激素能显著缩短抗生素疗程、改善CAP 症状，因此对其在CAP 中的应用价值需要进一步进行确定。

GlucocorticoidAcquired Character Pneumonia Application in Community

Abstract：Westudy the goal lies in the inquisition sugar cortical hormone to the communityacquired character pneumonia (CAP) influence.The method is reviews and analyzes in January, 2011 between ~2014 yearsAugust in the related hospital in hospital CAP24 example patient's relatedtreatment situation, divides into the sugar cortical hormone group (9 examples)and the control group (15 examples). Comparedwith two group of patients in hospital treatment period symptom improvementtime, antibiotic treatment course and disease recurrence rate. The findings indicated, sugar corticalhormone group's symptom improvement time and antibiotic treatment course shortin control group (P<0.05), two group of disease recurrence rate notremarkable difference (P>0.05). Weobtain the conclusion is the sugarcortical hormone can obviously reduce the antibiotic treatment course, improvethe CAP symptom, therefore needs further to carry on the determination to it inthe CAP application value.
